ACE Self-Defense Systems Fighting System

ACE Self-Defense Systems Fighting System is an ongoing self-defense program. The prgram focuses on developing a skill set for the participate which will provide the empowerment to increase their personal safety and self-defense skills. The CFS is a structured curriculum based program that progressively increases the participants ability to handle any type of criminal intent and to quickly and effectivley stop threats. The student can earn rank by progressing through the program and can ultimately earn a Black Belt in the CFS. There are no belts or required uniforms. The uniform consists of the ACE Self-Defense Systems T-Shirt and loose fitting attire. The student will earn the ACE Self-Defense Systems Gold Certification after completeing the first 20 hours of training. This is the equivilant of particiapting in the 10 Week ACE Self-Defense Systems Gold Academy. Each student will be provided the resources and materials needed to compliment their training and can also recieve access to the ACE Self-Defense Systems online College. The online College consists of all the ACE Self-Defense Systems training in video format so the student can review all the techniques which are taught in the ACE Self-Defense Systems Self-Defense System. ACE Self-Defense Systems Fighting Systems classes meet every Tuesday from 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm. The class is also offered every other Sunday from 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm.
