Skills learned in the C.O.B.R.A. Self-defense program are to be used in real life situations. We train our students with the mind set that they do not get to pick the bad guy and you can not tap out in real life. The bad guy will always pick the Time, Place and Method of Attack. in our Full Academy you will develop the ultimate mindset for real self-defense and the skills you need to defend against any situation.
